On Delivery

Orders received before five o'clock local are packed the following business day.

Standard delivery

• North America — three to seven business days.
• Overseas — ten to twenty-one business days, by the route the carrier deems reasonable.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout by the carrier; the house does not mark them up.

Tracking numbers are sent by email upon dispatch. Should a parcel become lost in the ordinary course of business, the house will replace or refund it at the customer's discretion, once carrier records are received.

The house does not dispatch on Sundays, on statutory holidays, or on days when the couriers themselves have chosen not to.
