On Returns

Items may be returned within thirty days of receipt, provided they remain in unworn condition with tags attached.

A return is a return. No restocking fee, and no reason need be given. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the item's arrival back at the house.

Exceptions

• Items marked final sale in their listing are, in fact, final.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, save in the event that the item arrived faulty or in error — in which case the house pays, without argument.

To begin a return

Write to returns@shmucks.store with the order number and the reason, if any. The house will reply with instructions within one business day.
